Congregational Meeting
November 29, 2009

With a quorum present, the President, Andy Simon called the meeting to order.

Invocation was given by Pastor Mike Williams.

Andy Simon, President introduced the Chairperson of the Nominating Committee, Tami Gold. Tami introduced her committee to the Congregation as follows: Edwin Cowden, Bill Dicker, Billy Heimann and Kathy Tonner.

The Nominating Committee Members nominated the following members to serve on the Committee to nominate the slate of officers for the Church Council for 2010. Gus Schill, Kent Bressler, June Oehler, Jess Erlund and Shari Borchers. Motion to close nominations for the Committee to nominate slate of officers was made by Ward Jones and seconded by Steve Anfinson. The Nominating Committee Members for 2010 were voted in by acclamation by the congregation.

The following slates of officers were presented for the Church Council for the year 2010:

Vice-President- Mary Vestuto
Secretary - Donna Kelley
Treasurer - Jeannie Hargis
Benevolence - Sara McKeon
Children’s Center Representative - Steve Anfinson
Evangelism - Jennie Motherai
Fellowship - Sandra Yarbrough
Parish Education - Bobbie Joines
Property - Jerry Stowe
Stewardship - Holly Shirley
Youth - Donna Jenschke
Worship and Music - Ward Jones

Motion to close nominations for the Church Council for the year 2010 was made by Weldon Baker and seconded by Wally Freernan.

There being no further business before the Congregation at this time the meeting was closed by Mark Bigott and seconded by Bruce Motheral.
